Vehicles and parking

Every vehicle is registered to the unit it belongs to. The gate looks it up by plate and knows at once whether the car may be there, whose it is and in which space.

Spaces can be assigned, visitor or available to rent between owners. When one rents from another, the contract is born on the platform with a term, an amount and a recurring charge — and the money goes through here, not through a transfer arranged in a chat group.

A visitor occupies a visitor space with the time counted. Past the limit, the gate is warned before the resident complains.

• No more cars with no owner taking the space of someone who pays for it.
• No more parking rented by word of mouth, with no contract and no one to charge when it is late.
• Visitor parking stops being permanent parking of the guest who stayed the weekend.
• The board comes to know how many spaces actually exist, and how many sit idle.
