Money

The platform generates the charge. the property is the one who receives.

Booking fees, guest day-use, parking rent, seasonal fees: everything is born linked to the fact that created the value and goes out as a remittance to the administrator or to the ERP. The money does not pass through us — which is why there is no fee per transaction.

Common questions

What people usually ask before signing.

Do we have to change administrator?

No. PAPERBOAT takes care of the operation and of living together; the administrator keeps the accounting and the balance sheet. We export what they need, in their format.

And if we want to leave?

No lock-in and no penalty. The data belongs to the property and leaves in a complete spreadsheet at any moment, audit trail included.

How long does the rollout take?

The environment goes up in minutes. Loading the database and writing the rules take three to ten days, depending on the size of the property and the quality of the current records.

Who handles the guests' data?

The property is the controller and we are the processor. Every piece of data has a declared purpose and a retention period, and the guest's document is deleted automatically after 90 days.

Tell us about the property and we come back with a proposal in one business day.
