PAPERBOAT is a platform for operation and living together: it records bookings, access, tickets, stays, charges and decisions, applying the rules the property itself configured from its bylaws.
The platform does not process payments and is not a financial institution: it generates the charge linked to the fact that created it and exports the remittance to the administrator or to the ERP, where collection happens
The platform does not replace the administrator, the accounting, the security service or the property's legal counsel.
Each person creates their own password by invitation and answers for what they do with their access. Using the platform to process data without a legitimate purpose, to embarrass residents or for any purpose contrary to the bylaws and the law is forbidden.
The operational data belongs to the property. Neves Tech does not use it for any other purpose, does not sell it and does not share it, except by court order.
