Governed seasonal stays

PAPERBOAT does not replace the listing platform. It governs the stay: the owner records the request, the system checks what the bylaws allow, and only then does the stay exist.

The owner sends the guest a check-in link — checkin.paperboat.ia.br/praia-azul/8F2K-4QD7. The guest opens it on the phone, with no login and no app, gives their document and companions, accepts the house rules and receives the access code.

Access is valid for exactly the window of the stay. Past the date, the code dies on its own, without the gate having to remember. The community fee is posted per stay and the deposit is recorded, with a controlled return.

The check-in record is sealed, and both the guest and the property can later prove what was declared.

• No more unknown guests wandering around with a resident's access.
• No more heavy use of the facilities with nothing in return, because the fee is charged per stay.
• No more case-by-case arguments: the general meeting sets the limit and the system applies it to everyone alike.
• The owner keeps letting the unit — only inside a rule they know in advance.
