How it works

The routine is a sequence of steps with deadlines: a reminder before the due date, a notice on the day, a duplicate bill issued by the ERP, a payment-plan offer, and the block on common areas that the bylaws allow.

Every step fires on its date, to the right unit, with no one having to decide. The trustee stops being the neighbours' personal debt collector.

Whoever pays leaves the routine at once. Whoever agrees to a plan enters one with instalments followed up.

  • No more embarrassment of the trustee personally chasing the neighbour upstairs.
  • No more irregular charging, that happened to some and not to others.
  • Blocking common areas has grounds, because it is in the bylaws and the system merely applies it.
