Concierge and day-use

Beach club, spa, restaurant, court and kids' room have a maximum capacity, opening hours and a guest policy. The owner books through the platform and the guest is declared by name.

A guest is charged per head, on the spot, and the entry is born with the booking. Whatever the bylaws define as complimentary comes in as complimentary, and the rest is revenue for the property.

The concierge team opens the day's queue on a single screen: who arrives, at what time, how many people and what has been paid. Nothing depends on a paper diary.
